Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee critical programs for our federal customers. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in program management, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a track record of successful program delivery. This role requires someone who can effectively manage multiple projects, lead cross-functional teams, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring program objectives are met on time and within budget. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree: 12-15 years of experience
- Master’s Degree of Science: 10 – 13 years of experience
- PhD: 10 years of experience
- Provide leadership and direction to program teams
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Manage program risks and issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs
- Lead proposal efforts and support business development activities
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policies
- Mentor and develop program staff
- Coordinate with functional managers and other program managers
- System Administrators will have a working knowledge of software applications installed on various hardware and various operating system platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Must be able to work on-site at Stennis Space Center, MS
