This position could be at Minot, ND, OR Grand Forks, ND OR Fargo, ND. This is a Union position, and all benefits will be covered by the CBA. This is a part time position

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in general building maintenance, supporting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct building tours/inspections; manage work orders in NCMMS (MAXIMO).
- Perform general repairs, respond to work orders, and miscellaneous tasks.
- Assist with HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical maintenance.
- Maintain emergency power and fire protection systems.
- Perform architectural/structural maintenance and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain doors, windows, floors, roofs; clean mechanical rooms.
- Clean drains and gutters; perform minor painting and repairs.
- Manage furniture/equipment relocation and inventory.
- Respond to service calls, including after-hours.
- Assist with grounds maintenance and snow/ice removal as needed.
- Maintain an active system file to Government access account ENT for NCMMS usage.
- Complete Mandatory IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Employees.
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in general maintenance
- Basic knowledge of each craft trade for building operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities for electricity, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and communication systems
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- Certifications and Training:
- General Employee Training
- Asbestos Awareness and Asbestos Worker Training
- Re-Tuning Training
- NCMMS Training
- Lead Awareness Training
- Safety Training
- CFC Certification Type 1
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
