Structured Finance Attorney
Konexo US is seeking a Structured Finance attorney for a 3-4 month interim contract with a financial services client.
This opportunity is an independent contractor role for project-based work and is ideal for individuals who are freelancing or looking for limited duration opportunities.
- Start date: March/April 2026
- Work pattern: Full time (5 days per week)
- Contract duration: 3-4 months
- Location: New York or Remote
What you should have:
- 4 years of transactional experience gained in an investment bank or other large global financial institution, or at a top tier law firm.
- A background in one or more of the following: Structured finance, Securitization, Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance or Secured Lending.
- Familiarity with corporate, securities, creditor, finance and bankruptcy laws and related issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing in your state of residence.
