Legal Operations Specialist
Konexo US is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist with significant experience in optimizing legal department efficiency and managing budgets and technology. The ideal candidate will have experience handling day-to-day execution of legal operations in-house. This opportunity is an independent contractor role for project-based work and is ideal for individuals who are freelancing or looking for limited duration opportunities.
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Work pattern: 40 hours per week, hybrid
- Contract duration: Open-ended
- Location: New York, NY
What you should have:
- 5 years’ experience managing e-billing systems and outside counsel expenditure; tracking and refining legal project workflows from start to finish, implementing and managing legal technology tools
- Highly detailed, with strong organization and communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
