Konexial has an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to enter the highly competitive and lucrative Enterprise Software industry. We are looking for student interns with strong organizational skills and a high focus on business operations. The goal of a student intern is to support Konexial’s rapidly growing product and service solutions. We work with a wide range of commercial “for-hire” transportation companies and private fleets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product inventory, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accurate records in the inventory management system.
- Analyze customer support, billing, and ticketing reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Prepare and package product shipments for inventory fulfillment, ensuring products are securely packaged and labeled according to shipping guidelines.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule product pickups and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Assist with other daily office tasks such as data entry, filing, and general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Hubspot, Capcut, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Interest in technology, transportation, or B2B marketing is preferred.
Duration:
This is an unpaid, part-time internship position with a flexible schedule to accommodate the candidate's academic commitments. The internship will be semester-based (3-4 months), with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
