What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coffee Production Assistant position at Kona Mountain Coffee?
Kona Mountain Coffee is looking for a coffee production assistant. We are located next to Pine Tree Cafe/Matsuyamas in Kona.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning how to roast coffee
- Packing coffee bags by hand
- Labeling
- Helping with coffee deliveries
- Communicating with our production team
- Working with our shipping and retail department on special orders
- Cleaning
- Inventory
- You are:
- A self starter, you need little direction and takes initiative
- Respectful - you treat other employees, management and customers with kindness.
- A great communicator
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
