Compensation: $75 per hour | Contract Position

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency and skill generalization.
- Partner with administrative staff to plan staff trainings and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Monitor data and client progress, updating treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain documentation consistent with BACB, LARA, and Medicaid standards.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-driven work culture.
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Current Michigan LARA License (required).
- Experience working with school-age children and teens.
- Familiarity with Medicaid-based clients (preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
