We’re looking for motivated, friendly, and charismatic drivers to join our local Krew!

Roll Brands is a growing mobile food and beverage company featuring Kona Ice, Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee, and Beverly Ann’s Cookies. Our team works a wide variety of events throughout the community, so no two days are the same!

You’ll represent all three of our brands while creating fun, memorable experiences for our customers.

Where You’ll Work

• School events & sports games

• Tournaments & large festivals

• Concerts & corporate events

• Neighborhood parties, weddings & birthdays

• Community events

• And other unique local events

If you’re flexible, reliable, energetic, and enjoy working with kids, this could be a great fit for you.

Working with children is a non-negotiable part of this position.

Driver / Event Team Member Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to and from scheduled events

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service

• Be cross-trained and work across all three brands:

  • Kona Ice — snow cones

  • ☕ Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee — coffee & beverages

  • Beverly Ann’s Cookies — cookies & ice cream

• Follow all health, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines

• Complete beginning- and end-of-shift preparation

• Stock and organize trucks with:

  • Ice

  • Syrups

  • Cookies

  • Cups and supplies

• Perform basic cleaning of trucks and warehouse areas

• Accurately read, count, and complete required documentation

• Communicate inventory and maintenance needs to leadership

• Work independently or with a helper as assigned

• Be available to work weekends

• Help create a fun, positive experience for customers at every event

A Day in the Life

You’ll drive to events solo or with a teammate, set up your truck, and serve customers on-site.

Depending on the event, you could be serving snow cones, making coffee drinks, or serving cookies and ice cream.

You’ll be the face of our brands, interacting with customers, working with children and families, and helping create fun, memorable experiences wherever you go.

Previous food-service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

We’ll get to know you, discuss the position, and talk about your availability and experience.

2. Second Interview — In Person

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver license and a great driving record.
• Availability to include weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating a positive experience for our customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Kona Ice, Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee, and Beverly Ann’s Cookie Trailer all operate under one office, creating a fun, fast-paced, and always-changing work environment.

We’re a mobile vendor, so your office moves! One day you’re at a school event, the next at a festival, neighborhood party, or corporate event. You’ll be out in the community meeting new people every day and representing three growing franchises.
