Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashiers to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively, upsell products, efficiently pack orders and maintain an organized workspace will contribute to a positive restaurant experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Pack Food orders
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Stock up and ensure stations are well-organized and visually appealing.
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and restaurant environment.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with food handling is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products.
- Willingness to learn about new products and services offered by the store.
