Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest relations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and reservations.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Utilize phone systems to communicate with guests and staff efficiently.
- Prepare reports on daily operations for management review.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality practices and guest services is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to hotel management and night auditing processes.
