Role: Branch Manager
As a branch manager you are responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to analyzing and reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for workforce management of the branch. As a branch manager you strive for continuous improvement, in all aspects including, but not limited to production planning, workforce planning and development, sales, and growth of the branch.
Responsibilities, include but not limited to,
- Oversee, the safety, growth, and development of the branch
- Oversee and manage the operations, sales and administrative team
- Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning
- Collaborate with the branch team to meet the KPI's identified and assigned
- Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
- Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
- Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
- Hiring, training and development of workforce
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business is preferred, but not required
- 2 years' of management or supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of basic Human Resources, OSHA compliance
- Working knowledge of commercial lawn and landscape required
