Role Description The Delivery Driver role at Komodo Express LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Cohoes, NY. In this role, you will safely operate a company vehicle to pick up, transport, and deliver packages to homes and businesses on scheduled routes. You will load and unload packages, verify delivery information, obtain required signatures, and accurately update delivery records using mobile devices or route sheets. Daily responsibilities include conducting basic vehicle inspections, following all traffic and safety regulations, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and loading areas. You will interact with customers in a professional manner, respond to basic delivery inquiries, and coordinate with dispatch or supervisors to resolve route issues or delays. The role may also include assisting with warehouse tasks such as staging deliveries, organizing inventory, and supporting team members during peak periods.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and basic Sales abilities to represent the company professionally during deliveries.
- Experience or comfort in operational environments, such as Forklift Operation or similar material-handling tasks, is beneficial.
- Ability to support and learn from others through Training, coaching, or peer support in a team setting.
- Background in Food & Beverage or other fast-paced service roles is a plus, demonstrating reliability, time management, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages safely, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong time management, basic navigation skills, and comfort using smartphones or handheld devices for routing and documentation.
- Reliable attendance, willingness to work a consistent full-time schedule, and adherence to all safety and company policies.
