Komline-FluidQuip is looking for a welder to join the team! This role is responsible for welding and fabrication of large-scale industrial equipment using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes. The Welder will follow specifications, drawings, and quality standards to support production, repair, and custom fabrication.

Komline-FluidQuip is looking for a welder to join the team! This role is responsible for welding and fabrication of large-scale industrial equipment using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes. The Welder will follow specifications, drawings, and quality standards to support production, repair, and custom fabrication.
Role And Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on stainless steel, and other alloys as required
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, schematics, and work instructions
- Set up welding equipment, select proper filler materials, and adjust settings for material type and thickness
- Prepare materials for welding including cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fixturing
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy
- Operate hand tools, grinders, torches, and fabrication equipment including plasma cutters, rollers, and press break machines
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and shop standards
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional departments to meet customer demands
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to welding/fabrication area
- High school diploma and 3 years of welding experience
- Technical certification a plus
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes
- Ability to weld in multiple positions working with fabricated assemblies
- Knowledge of weld symbols and basic metallurgy
- Ability to use measuring tools accurately (tape measure, calipers, squares)
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision welding work
