Production Line Worker

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Line and Facility Sanitation Associate to join our team. This position is critical to the smooth daily operation of our production line and facility. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, comfortable working on their feet for extended periods, and able to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves both production support and facility cleaning responsibilities to ensure our facility operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive promptly at 6:00 AM to assist with daily production setup.
• Set up the bottling line for daily runs.
• Package finished goods by placing bottled products into boxes with accuracy and care.
• Assist palletizer by stacking completed boxes onto pallets.
• Rotate tasks between bottling and palletizing during production.
• Unpack incoming ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Maintain daily facility sanitation (before and after production), including cleaning equipment, floors, and surfaces.
• Conduct monthly deep cleaning as scheduled.
• Occasionally assist with wrapping pallets and preparing orders for shipment when production volume is high.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and vendors as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitary regulations, including proper handling of equipment and materials.
• Other duties as assigned by management to meet daily production needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in facility cleaning and/or production environments (Required).
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs safely.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, upbeat demeanor and a positive team player.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Respects shift start times and understands the importance of reliability.
• Familiarity with basic safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs in a dynamic production environment.

Job Type:

• Part-time 6am - 11am M-F
• Pay: $16 - $18 per hour

Physical Setting:

• Manufacturing Facility

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, Day Shift
• Shift: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM (flexible hours possible based on production needs)

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Languages:

• English (Preferred)
