Job Overview

The HRBP plays a pivotal role in driving the success of business functions by delivering comprehensive HR solutions tailored to meet organizational goals. As a trusted business partner, this role ensures seamless alignment between HR strategies and business objectives, while fostering a high performance, positive workplace culture that supports innovation and growth. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to developing talent, enhancing employee engagement and driving organizational excellence.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to provide full HR support including employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and organizational design for complex, dispersed and diverse teams tailored in a manner that aligns with and assists in the achievement of their business objectives.
  • Partner with COE's (Compensation/Benefits, Payroll, Talent, HR Operations, HRIS) to align performance and program initiatives that support our people and leaders.
  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, programs and initiatives to increase employee engagement, attract and retain talent. Work with business leaders to interpret employee feedback and develop engagement action plans with measureable impact.
  • Proactively design and deploy initiatives that deliver against busniess needs as it relates to organizational design, human capital planning and talent development strategy.
  • Ensure alignment with all federal, state and local employment practices, policies and standards; participate in salary and wage administration, labor practices, health safety and envionmental compliance, immigation, etc.
  • Lead short and long term talent strategies that are aligned to the objectives of the business. Design and lead comprehensive employee development programs, leadership development initiatives, succession planning processes, to build organizational capability and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
  • Lead and support enterprise and functional change initiatives by developing structured change management plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication frameworks, and adoption metrics to ensure successful implementation and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with business leaders and finance to develop annual headcount budgets. Assist leaders in adhering to annual headcount numbers.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience required, which includes demonstrated experience in employee development, organizational design, and change management.
  • Must have a well-developed level of strategic influence, coaching and interpersonal skills in order to effectively coach and guide leaders and manager.
  • This posoition is expected to make independent decisions, document procedures/decisions, gain consensus and be held accountable for follow through.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, plus the ability to deal with highly confidential situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with employment laws and their application to our workforce; supports ethical workplace practices
  • HR Certification and/or change management certification helpful, but not required
  • 10-15% (periodic) domestic, overnight travel required
