Job Overview

Key Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common software issues, including operating systems, office applications, and company-specific tools.
- Assist with hardware installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Respond to user requests through help desk tickets, phone calls, or in-person support.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or system administrators as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and processes.
- Support IT team with system rollouts, upgrades, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Two years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related technical role.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, etc.) are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 client operating system environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, and common business applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
