Key Job Responsibilities
Work safe and be an advocate for safety
- Able to follow instructions and repeat basic procedures of the winder position
- Clean and maintains equipment, tooling and area
- Select and load materials such as work pieces and machine parts onto equipment used in the
- Attach, alter, and trim materials such as wire, insulation and coils using hand tools
- Make accurate connections using solder and brazing process and equipment
- Set up and operate all of the equipment and tooling required for the winder position
- 2 years of experience or equivalent knowledge of motor/coil winding duties
- Broad knowledge of parts and procedures regarding the motor/coil winding process
- Ability to work independently, holding close tolerances, minimizing scrap all within standard routing
- Strong blue-print reading skills
- Must successfully pass background check, pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol testing
- Must be able to work overtime, and weekends as required
