Key Job Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of the regional growth strategy, expanding into new and existing markets.
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain strategic relationships with key customers.
- Research and identify new business opportunities for company products and services and present opportunities to regional leadership.
- Initiate and manage customer engagement throughout the full opportunity lifecycle, from prospecting through deal closure.
- Collaborate with global business development and product teams to align solutions, product development needs, and customer requirements.
- Represent the company through industry associations, trade shows, conferences, and educational institution engagements to increase brand and product awareness.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a business‑related field such as Engineering, Product Management, Business, or Operations.
- Minimum of 15 years of customer‑facing experience or similar experience within a mining‑related business.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales growth, or strategic account management.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% regionally, based on customer and business needs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior‑level customer stakeholders.
