Shuttle Driver

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Shuttle driver is responsible for providing transportation services to all guests in an efficient and courteous manner.   

Performance Expectations:

1. Transport guests to/from assigned destinations using hotel vehicle
2. Greet each guest when entering the vehicle in a professional and courteous manner & assist with any baggage if necessary
3. Assist guests with disabilities on and off vehicle appropriately
4. Be alert of vehicle maintenance - fluid levels, tire pressure, refueling, overall cleanliness both inside and outside of vehicle
5. Report any incidents, injuries, and/or maintenance requests to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
6. Remain attentive to radio requests and ensure all radio etiquette is observed
7. Ability to drive in various conditions such as rain, strong winds, and heavy traffic
8. Comply with quality assurance expectations as well as company policies and procedures
9. Follow all safety procedures while working.
10. Regular monitor flights for potential delays or earlier arrivals of airline crews.
11. Do not transport more passengers that the vehicle maximum limit.  If more passengers present themselves for transport, please contact manager or supervisor for guidance.
12. Perform any additional duties as assigned by manager or their designees

• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
• Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Experience: Previous transport experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
