What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control - 2nd Shift position at Koller Craft LLC (Gadsden)?
- Collect and record attribute and variable statistical data, maintaining such control charts as X Bar and R Charts, P Charts, and perform histogram percent defective calculations.
- Use a variety of inspection and gauging equipment such as micrometers, calipers, plug gauges, torque gauges, and special gauges.
- Work from engineering prints, spec sheets, inspection plans and verbal instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and other food safety activities.
- Assists with the implementation and maintenance of the food safety program.
