Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to help scale its enterprise sales function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the full sales cycle, build relationships with healthcare leaders, and help shape the company's go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Develop and execute territory plans to exceed revenue targets
- Build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Navigate complex buying processes and negotiate contracts
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Represent the company at industry events and identify market opportunities
Requirements:
- 5 years of enterprise technology sales experience (healthcare technology preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic selling abilities
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated to succeed
