About the Practic
eThe Health Law Practice Group represents a diverse range of healthcare providers, including individual physicians, physician group practices, ambulatory surgery centers, specialty hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. The practice also represents individual providers in professional discipline matters before state licensing boards. This role does not involve personal injury litigation or medical malpractice defense

Responsibiliti
- esAdvise physicians, physician groups, ASCs, specialty hospitals, and other healthcare providers on regulatory compliance, including Stark Law (Physician Self-Referral Law), the Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act matte
