Role Description
We are seeking a Media Sales Executive for a full-time role based in Tucson, AZ, with the flexibility for occasional remote work. The Media Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth in online advertising and broadcast tv. This position involves creating advertising solutions for clients, meeting sales goals, and contributing to the station’s success through effective sales and account management strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales and techniques to support revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Strong skills in Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in broadcast media or a related industry is a plus
