Kolcun Insurance is an independent insurance agency that has been offering client a wide variety of choices from a number of companies for personal and business insurance for over 27 years. The agency recently moved to 1500 Vestal Pkwy E and is continuing to grow and HIRE!

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, customer-driven and knowledgeable person to join our team as a Full-Time P&C Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative!

Requirements:

• P & C license.
• Reliable. You must be able to work 8:30am -5:15pm Monday-Friday with a 45-minute lunch.
• Strong P & C insurance knowledge and Great Customer Service Skills.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. You must have attention to detail and great organizational skills.
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ablility to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Responsibilities:

• Process policy changes.
• Process policy ID cards and binders and certificate.
• Review policy with clients and answer clients' questions on policy coverages and offering.
• Cross sell and upsell when making changes.
