What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support / Photography Product Specialist position at Kolari Vision?
Kolari Vision is a rapidly growing startup that offers specialized camera modification services and high end photography accessories. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic customer service representative with some background photography knowledge.
This role will primarily involve answering customer phone calls and emails supporting our customers purchases on gear and assisting with placing and tracking orders. Face to face customer interaction may be required on occasion.
Experience with e-commerce is a highly valued skill as we sell on our own website, as well as on eBay and Amazon. Quick website navigation, product adjustments and updates will be a frequent part of this position.
Job Qualifications:
- Photography experience required (must have basic understanding of photography fundamentals, and have some experience using DSLR and/or newer mirrorless cameras)
- Basic knowledge of computers and web platforms required.
- E-commerce highly valued.
- Sales experience is a plus.
On-the-job training will be provided. Applicant must be highly-motivated, confident, and conduct themselves appropriately and with professionalism when talking with customers.
