This position entails the developing and expanding cutting-edge semiconductor process using strong fundamental science/ engineering principles and concepts.

Directs multiple Site Operations Managers at strategic accounts. Oversees Field Service Operations personnel (including tool installation, sustaining maintenance & technical support) and communicates performance and planning requirements with executive staff. Evaluates and develops staff. Directs the development and administration of policies and procedures governing his/her respective areas of responsibility. 

• Develops and manages departmental expense budgets with and thru his/her staff. Prepares departmental revenue budgets and forecasts with inputs from customers, service operations staff, and sales. 
• Advises the Sr. Director of Operations and the executive teams on operational issues related to Field Service. Communicates and coordinates with key personnel within the KSEC, KE and the various affiliate companies on service operational issues to attain uniform, high levels of service, world-wide and within the KSEC operational areas specifically.
• Ensures staffing plans are developed and in place to support operational requirements. Ensures that adequate training is provided to service employees to ensure high quality service to customers. Ensures that employee skills are continuously being improved. Ensures proper tools are available for the staff to properly perform their required work.
• Prepares and/or oversees the development and administration of customer service proposals, contracts and agreements to meet customer needs and ensure such agreements meet KSEC corporate goals, such as profitability and/or business development.
• Coordinates with sales and finance departments, as required, to meet these goals. Supports and advises the sales staff in the preparation and execution of tool sales agreements to insure that supporting service support requirements are appropriate and achieved.
• Ensures the various Service Operations Departments and their respective operations are operating both tactically and strategically to ensure the long-term success of KSEC.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or business. Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• 15 year’s leadership/management experience in service or maintenance management organization, semiconductor experience preferred. 
• Demonstrated successful budget responsibility of an expense budget.
• Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. (approximately $165K – $205K). In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation.
