Job Title: Kitchen Cook / Prep Cook
Job Summary
We are a new Korean restaurant opening soon in Pine Bush, NY, looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Cook / Prep Cook to join our team. Basic cooking experience is preferred, but Korean cooking experience is not required. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Assist with initial restaurant setup and pre-opening cleaning
Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and ingredients
Cook meats and other dishes following established recipes
Prepare and plate food orders
Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
Basic kitchen or cooking experience preferred
Ability to follow recipes and instructions
Reliable, efficient, and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
