Interested parties must be able to pay close attention to detail and be responsible in fulfilling work-related duties.
Restaurant generally open 7 days a week, with operating hours no later than 8pm, and no earlier than 8am. We have a line with many ingredients and some pre-cooked items, and valuable candidates are those who can recognize and report what's low, missing, and perform necessary duties to replenish, including prep.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. being able to communicate or at least understand Spanish is important, given the nature of the cuisine.
