Upcoming travel in January (CES in Vegas)About the RoleKojo is looking for a part-time Video Creator to work directly with our CEO, Gregg Clunis, to capture and produce content documenting the journey of building a fast-growing creator-led agency. Think DailyVee, but tailored to the world of gaming, creators, and creative marketing.Your job: follow the CEO with a camera on shoot days, capture everything worth documenting, and turn it into high-performing short-form content.What You’ll DoFollow the CEO during selected workdays to film meetings, creative sessions, travel, and behind-the-scenes contentPlan and capture high-quality videoEdit fast, engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube ShortsMaintain a consistent daily cadence of contentEdit 1-2 long form vlogs per week for YouTubePitch new ideas, formats, and recurring seriesBuild and maintain a cohesive visual and storytelling style across platformsManage footage, organize files, and ensure media is backed up properlyOccasionally assist with Kojo creator shoots, events, and campaign productionsTravel with the CEO or team when content opportunities ariseEquipmentAll filming equipment can be provided (camera, audio, stabilizers, etc.)You’re welcome to use your own gear if preferred (insurance will be reimbursed)What You BringStrong grasp of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts content trends and storytelling patternsAbility to shoot fast-moving, documentary-style content confidently and consistentlyEditing experience in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar toolsA strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and what performs on each platformComfortable filming in public and during live, unscripted situationsFlexible schedule; availability during daytime hours requiredBonus: experience working with creators, agencies, or social-first brandsWho You AreA creator with a documentary mindsetObsessed with social contentIdentify as a gamer, anime fan, or some other fandomFast, scrappy, and creativeHighly proactive with a good storytelling instinctSomeone excited to grow with Kojo and learn how a modern creative studio is builtWhy This Role MattersThe CEO’s personal brand is a major growth lever for Kojo.
