- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Skills
