Responsibilities
- Select items from inventory based on order specifications using pick lists or scanning devices
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping or storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times to prevent accidents or damage
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and documentation
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer skills for scanning or inventory management systems are advantageous
