Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or preparing ingredients when needed.
- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and efficient workflow during busy service periods.
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to keep the kitchen environment safe and sanitary.
Qualifications
