If yes, join the great team of people at Koinonia Family Services in our Post-Adoption Wraparound Program serving the greater Sacramento area. We are seeking a full-time Fidelity Coach to support and strengthen high-fidelity wraparound practice across the program. The Fidelity Coach directly supports wraparound staff through coaching, modeling, shadowing, documentation review, and ongoing consultation to help ensure services are delivered in alignment with wraparound values, phases, and principles. They will also collaborate with supervisors and program leadership to support continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts, using data and quality assurance methods to help evaluate and strengthen program effectiveness.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), nonexempt hourly position. The work is a blend of field-based and office-based duties. After initial training, there may be the option for one to two days per week of remote work, depending on program needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Wraparound Supervisor or Program Manager, you will:

  • Provide in-the-field coaching to wraparound team members, including modeling skills, observing practice, and offering structured feedback
  • Support newly hired and existing staff through shadowing, role plays, group coaching, and skill-building activities
  • Provide training that is trauma-informed, culturally relevant, and aligned with program needs
  • Review documentation to assess fidelity and skill development, and provide follow-up coaching based on findings
  • Help identify training and development needs by collaborating with supervisors and clinical staff
  • Participate in debriefing of incidents to support learning and improved practice
  • Assist in developing training materials, tools, and resources that support continuous quality improvement
  • Review documentation for alignment with wraparound phases and fidelity standards; provide coaching and feedback based on findings to support skill development and consistency in practice.
  • Use available program data and fidelity tools to assess trends, identify strengths and growth areas, and inform coaching strategies.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and program leadership to support continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts.
  • Contribute to a positive, strengths-based learning culture for staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, behavioral science, or related field preferred
  • Minimum two years of direct wraparound experience supporting youth and families with complex needs
  • Experience providing coaching, mentoring, or staff support preferred
  • Strong knowledge of wraparound values, phases, and role functions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to model trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required

Important Note:

Qualified candidates must complete a criminal background clearance through the California Department of Justice and FBI, as well as a pre-employment physical and TB test. This position requires a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation as driving is an essential job function. Fidelity Coaches accompany staff during home visits, attend in-person team meetings, and engage with community partners in various locations, making the ability to drive essential for effective support.
