The Plant Manager will represent the primary leadership for the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include maintaining and recording all corporate certifications, managing inventory, ensuring all materials are ordered in a timely manner, actively participating in the growth and development of the company, overseeing all preventative maintenance activities, and possessing knowledge of terminology commonly used in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety regulations, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be a team player who is adaptable to change.
