Koi Inc. is anticipating enormous growth and expansion in 2026 and are hiring 5 Sales and Customer Service Representatives at our Chicago location. The customer services and sales representative will play a huge part in helping us scale our operations and grow organically.
In this role, the Sales and Customer Service Representative will help educate customers on the best services for their needs, while implementing sales and communication strategies. Through trained customer service and sales techniques, our customer service team has acquired an unprecedented amount of new customers while supporting them through the acquisition process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect, qualify and follow up on new clients and sales leads -NO COLD CALLING!
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our client and their services
- Offer consultative advice aligned with the needs of the customers
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships customers
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize the sales effort

This sales and customer service representative position works Monday - Friday and has availability for weekend work.
As you meet with people from all backgrounds, you use your excellent customer service skills to analyze their needs and represent some of the largest players in the telecommunications industry. Your enthusiasm is contagious, and they soon realize what an amazing opportunity you are offering. Once a client signs on, you are their liaison with our company, offering support, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
