Duties

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage guest checks responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to provide a safe dining environment for guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-energy setting.
- Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems is essential; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
