The Kohn Law Firm is a downtown Milwaukee law firm concentrating its practice in debt collection and litigation, and we're looking to grow our Debt Collection Specialist team. We pride ourselves on providing great customer service for our clients and consumers alike.
We’re currently offering a $1,000 New Hire Bonus for all new full-time employees.
In addition, after an initial 60-day training period, we guarantee Collectors will be at least at $20 per hour - and after 180 days, we guarantee Collectors at least $22 per hour.

Debt Collection Specialist Duties

Compensation
A Debt Collection Specialist earns a base hourly wage, plus commission. The total compensation of our employees currently ranges from $18.00 per hour up to $48.68 per hour. While specialists build their queues, we guarantee a minimum total compensation of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
