We are looking for Tank Pressure Cast Operators in our Vitreous Department. This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, including luxury bathtubs and toilets.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
- Produces acceptable quantity of tanks and covers.
- Operates machinery controls.
- Performs first line preventive maintenance and mold maintenance.
- Starts, loads, and unloads dryers.
- Moves ware racks to appropriate locations.
- Able to work all of the different workstations while meeting quality and quantity requirements.
- Performs normal record keeping duties.
- Able to recognize and identify any unusual variations which could damage ware or equipment and make appropriate machine adjustments.
- Performs clean-up duties as required.
- Practices and follows all required safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.

Key Qualifications
- Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Requires moderate physical demand.
- Requires ability to process a designated number of units.
- Must be able to work scheduled overtime.
- Possibility of reduced work hours Must also have good attention to detail and able to detect out of tolerance condition.
