Specific responsibilities include:
- Promoting and performing lifestyle programs, assessments and personal training services according to Sports Core standards
- Performing fitness services with minimal direction - Includes body fat testing, girth measurements, weight, cardiovascular step test, sit/reach flexibility testing and strength testing
- Promoting, designing and performing long-term personal training programs according to the needs and goals of healthy, average adults
- Effectively demonstrating and assisting facility users with fitness equipment in all fitness and training areas according to quality standards
- Maintaining accurate member and personal client records according to standard operating procedures
- Assisting with set-up, cleaning and preventative maintenance for all fitness related equipment; weight benches, racks and equipment, spinning bikes and any pool needs
This is a part-time position with shifts on weekdays and weekends varying between 5:00 am and 7:00 pm.
