The primary focus of a Massage Therapist is to support the commitment to customer care by efficiently and effectively providing the highest level of service. Must have excellent working knowledge of massage techniques, products, and procedures within Sports Core. Ensure member and guest comfort and satisfaction. Exceed client expectations.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service set forth by Sports Core. Team members are responsible for upholding consistency in all standards. A direct line of communication is to be on-going among fellow associates regarding needs, concerns, and information. A professional demeanor must be presented at all times. In addition:
- Meet and greet members and guests with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in all areas – including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Use proper verbiage at all times.
- Uphold and maintain set uniform and grooming standards.
- Knowledge of Sports Core services and amenities.
- Provide the highest level of technical service and adhere to SOP’s.
- Meet agreed-upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at home care. (Sales goals set depending on department and retail to service percentage.)
- Knowledge of Sports Core operations, services and amenities.
- Knowledge of emergency procedures. Includes “uncomfortable” situations which may arise with clients.
- Maintain continuing education based on State of Wisconsin requirements.
- Adhere to policies in place at Sports Core and Kohler Co.
- Perform other duties assigned
This is a part time opportunity working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
