Seasonal landscape workers support the care, appearance, and overall presentation of outdoor grounds and garden areas across Kohler Company properties. This hands-on role includes mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, mulching, turf installation, and assisting with seasonal floral displays and décor. Seasonal workers help maintain high landscape standards, contribute to plant and turf health, and support an exceptional guest experience throughout the growing season
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily landscape and horticultural tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching, pruning and general grounds clean‑up.
- Assist with planting, bed preparation, soil care, fertilizing, and seasonal change‑outs for flowers and landscape beds.
- Assist with seasonal décor, including installation and maintenance.
- Support turf installation and turf care projects as directed.
- Monitor plant and turf health and report issues such as pests, irrigation concerns, or plant decline.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support seasonal landscape operations
This is a seasonal, part-time position with shifts varying between 6:30 am and 3:30 pm.
