Opportunity
The Digital Marketing Specialist, eCommerce Product Enablement supports how Kohler brings products to market across the digital shelf, including Kohler-owned sites, retailer sites, and marketplace platforms.
This role focuses on executing and supporting the operational foundations of digital product readiness, availability, and fulfillment helping ensure products are accurate, enabled, and ready to transact wherever customers shop. Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners, this position contributes to new product launches, direct fulfillment initiatives, and emerging connected commerce experiences such as social selling and marketplace programs.
Through strong execution, coordination, and attention to detail, this role helps improve speed to market and supports Kohler’s long-term digital growth.
Specific Responsibilities
New Product Launch Execution & Support
- Support cross-functional coordination for new product launches (NPLs) across owned, retailer, and marketplace digital channels.
- Execute standardized launch checklists and processes to ensure product setup is complete, accurate, and on time.
- Partner with Product Management, Category, Supply Chain, Channel Marketing, and Digital Merchandising teams to gather required inputs and resolve setup issues.
- Assist in maintaining launch readiness trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
- Identify gaps or delays and escalate risks to senior team members.
Product Availability & Fulfillment Support
- Support Category Management and Supply Chain teams in executing direct fulfillment (1P and 3P) programs for eCommerce SKUs.
- Assist with onboarding SKUs into direct-to-consumer, drop-ship, or marketplace fulfillment models.
- Monitor in-stock status for assigned digital SKUs and flag issues impacting customer experience or sales.
- Help maintain tools and reports that connect product readiness with inventory and fulfillment visibility.
Connected Commerce Execution
- Support activation of emerging eCommerce capabilities, including social selling, retailer-specific programs, and new digital transaction paths.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and rollout activities for new connected commerce pilots.
- Coordinate with IT, Channel Marketing, and Retail partners to ensure content, data, and fulfillment requirements are met.
- Document learnings and support knowledge sharing to improve repeatability.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Support
- Participate in readiness reviews and working sessions to support launch and fulfillment execution.
- Maintain documentation related to product data, imagery, pricing, and readiness milestones.
- Follow established governance and processes, escalating issues or inconsistencies as needed.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain and update reporting related to:
- New product launch completion and accuracy
- SKU readiness and data completeness
- In-stock performance for assigned products
- Direct-fulfillment participation
- Support preparation of recurring updates and summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Use data and feedback to improve execution quality and identify opportunities for learning and growth.
