Kohler Co. is looking for an analytical candidate with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for driving results to join the growing Kitchen Fixtures team. You will be joining a leading global company committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.

- High-level understanding of new product development, channel marketing, manufacturing, forecasting, and production planning.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Business analysis: Assessing portfolio effectiveness and making recommendations for improving sales performance
- Goal setting: Determining sales goals
- Making recommendations about distribution and pricing
- Reporting: Compiling reports and communicating findings, insights to clients and executives
- Data analysis: Analyzing data to identify opportunities to improve the layout and performance of the category
- Performance monitoring: Collecting and analyzing data to gauge performance using KPIs and benchmarks
- Turning POS, shipments, weeks of stock analysis and insights into product forecast recommendations
- Demand and supply management
- Maintain an up-to-date database of competitive & market information including product catalogs, price lists, current promotions, and new product introductions
- Collaborate with channel marketing teams in executing new product launch plans and current product portfolio programming
- Provide product support to sales organizations
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience with a track record of high performance in academics or a work setting.
Travel
- Approximately 10-20%.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
