Opportunity
To serve as the global change agent and lead HR transformation through AI innovation, intelligent automation, and process excellence. This role serves as a strategic and hands-on leader, combining deep functional expertise across HR with advanced AI technologies to identify and embed AI solutions within the business. This role will identify high-impact use cases that will succeed early, understand what processes and data are ready for AI, ensure AI/agent solutions are tightly aligned with strategic goals, prototype solutions, drive scalable adoption and champion new uses of AI across regions and business units.
Key Responsibilities
HR Transformation
- Partner with HR associates and regional teams to identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across core HR domains.
- Lead end-to-end process discovery, standardization, and optimization initiatives
- Drive harmonization and digitization of global processes while respecting regional nuances and compliance requirements.
AI & Automation Strategy
- Prototype, test, and apply AI tools and agents in real-world settings to evaluate their effectiveness. Use hands-on experience to identify practical use cases and guide the design and implementation of solutions that meet functional or business needs across geographies
- Develop and maintain a global roadmap of AI and automation initiatives aligned with HR strategic goals.
- Identify and baseline value in terms of associate satisfaction, cycle time, financials (cost savings etc), accuracy, compliance, brand reputation or other quantitative measures. Measure and report out value realization before and after AI to determine value.
Functional Domain Leadership
- Apply deep understanding of HR processes and data structures to assess AI readiness and integration potential.
- Lead the detailed design and delivery of substantial projects within the transformational change program, ensuring integration with other disciplines/functions
- Collaborate with IT, data governance, and compliance teams to ensure secure, scalable, and regionally compliant deployments.
- Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for executive and regional stakeholders.
Change Management & Adoption
- Identify and manage stakeholders up to and including top management, finding out their needs, issues, and concerns and reacting to them by leading and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business transformation and decisions. Drive stakeholder engagement across global finance, HR, procurement, and operations and other teams.
- Communicate AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and build trust in new technologies.
- Use structured change management methodologies to drive acceptance of change and to embed desired culture and behaviors
Mentorship & Evangelism
- Mentor HR teams globally on AI tools, prompt engineering, and experimentation. Lead workshops, proofs-of-concept, and training sessions to build momentum and literacy across cultures and time zones.
- Share personal and professional learnings to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Advocate for responsible AI use and digital fluency across the enterprise.
