About the role Provide a well-rounded educational work experience for a student seeking a career in the Manufacturing Engineering field, with an emphasis on test, automation and process related to Faucets fabrication. The co-op will work under the direction of an assigned mentor within their specific area of placement, thus providing them with a contact for questions related to job responsibilities, personal development, or the company in general. Kohler Co. strives to hire successful co-ops into entry level positions with the goal of building our talent pipeline. Responsibilities: Assembly fixture Design and fabrication Support Core process on Faucets business. Support assembly automation robotic research cell development. Support technology supplier and equipment evaluations. Support digital transformation development Work with cross functional team to refine group standards. Present accomplishments at Kohler Co. leadership networking event. All other areas as assigned. Skills/Requirements Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited university with a major in engineering Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
