Opportunity
Perform duties to keep the building and grounds of assigned property in neat and clean order according to quality standards.
Specific Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
- Clean and maintaining furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows in facility.
- Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
- Clean office areas, as assigned.
- Insure inside and outside entrances are free of debris.
- Perform outdoor duties (windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, rest stations) in a variety of weather conditions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
- Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator.
Skills/Requirements
- Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary.
- High School diploma preferred.
- Candidates are thoroughly trained to perform assigned duties.
- Required to successfully fulfill training criteria prior to working independently.
