Role Summary:
As a Teller/Member Service Representative at our Manitowoc Meijer branch, you'll assist with deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions, while also educating members on financial products that fit their needs. You'll help create a welcoming environment while ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.
Key Duties:
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to every member interaction
- Handle cash and transactions with accuracy and care
- Strive to meet quality and performance goals
- Maintain security standards and follow all operating procedures
- Communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and via email
- Engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong basic math and computer skills
- Previous experience in customer service or handling cash is helpful but not required
- A can-do attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Work Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
