We are looking for a Herman Patter n Loop to join our Cast Iron division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
- Blow off wipe down patterns as required . Spray pattern with release agent .
- Operate core setting robot.
- Assist with pattern changes.
- Operate hoist and Crane as well as perform safety check sheet.
- Keep all patterns clean of any sticking or loose sand.
- Operate PIV as well as perform check list
- Communicate with operator and supervisor on hole changes, stickers, pattern changes .
- Wear required P.P.E.
- Follow LO/TO
- Check chang and maintain day codes on all patterns
- Check Sprue Formers go / no-go gauge
- Attend tier one meetings

Skills/Requirements
- Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
