Kohler Co. is looking for dynamic, dedicated temporary manufacturing associates in Kohler, Wisconsin location. This is a great seasonal opportunity for college students and high school grads entering college in the fall to earn a great wage to help pay for their education .
Individuals hired for our summer opportunities will be assigned to a production or service department to acquire the necessary skills to support the assigned department. The position often requires weekend work and/or mandatory overtime. Available opportunities will be on 1 st and 3 rd shift .

- Driving PIV, fill powder feeders, change forks, program the enameling robots.
- Learn plate number and identify colors.
- Restock line side supplies.
- Bending, standing, and lifting are requirements of this position.
- Associates must pass a vision test to be able to inspect ware.
- Weekly Clean up. (Water Strider Support on Robots)
- Load and unload ware for Robotic Cell.
- Start up and shutdown procedures and Arc Spray.
- Connecting and disconnecting groundcoat tanks, arc spray tip changes.
- Quality control of groundcoat and performing flow test for groundcoat for flow and pattern consistency.
- Weekly Clean up. (Robotic Ground Coat)
- Will require passing PIV and Lockout Tag and Hoist certification.
- At least 18 years of age on or before start date in 2025
- Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes
- Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without a
- reasonable accommodation
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Reliable attendance and work performance
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
