The Category Manager will execute a commercial and product strategy to deliver financial results by driving sales and product mix in close collaboration with key stakeholders.

- Displays initiative to find solutions and work effectively with all levels in the organization
- Set strong example through work product, energy, attitude and technical skills
- Strong interest in analytics
- Own P&L monthly including Risks & Opportunities for Showering fixtures category
- Primary point of contact for financial forecasting and S&OE meetings.
- Owns PMR metrics, insights, and actions based on reporting from sales enablement and/or finance for sub-category.
- Develop comprehensive pricing & promotional plan for sub-category and own short-term and permanent price changes.
- Product assortment: select and curate a range of products that align with channel needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with brand & channel marketing to develop appropriate programs and promotions to deliver quarterly and annual results.
- Voice of the customer and point of contact for sales team.
- Work closely with Channel Marketing to support product launches and promotional strategies.
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align demand planning with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.
- 5 years of product, category management, and/or channel marketing experience with strong analytical and presentation skills
- Hands-on, detail oriented, energetic and results-driven
- Experience with Ecommerce and Retail focused product development and/or marketing
- Experience with developing and executing GTM plans and activations
- Experience with P&L ownership
- Approximately 15-25% (Domestic)
